FEIN manufacturer's declaration of limited warranty for the LIMITED WARRANTY STANDARD WARRANTY - ONE YEAR For a period of one (1) year from delivery, FEIN Power Tools Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the FEIN product purchased is free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective product or part of product. If a product replacement is appropriate hereunder, FEIN Power Tools Inc may, at its option, replace a warranted product with the closest successor product. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to products which, after our inspection, are determined to have been damaged due to neglect, abuse, overloading, operation with incompatible voltages or types of electricity, accident or improper usage. You must pay all shipping and handling charges. FEIN POWER TOOLS INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THE WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE. ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTAIL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Your remedy for breach of warranty hereunder shall be limited to repair or replacement of non-conforming parts and machines. Some states do no allow exclusions of certain warranties and/or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE: You should retain your original receipt and store it in a safe place as proof of purchase. If service under this warranty is required, please first review the instruction manual, then call your authorized dealer. If your authorized dealer can not provide the necessary service, then write or phone us (Monday trough Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, holidays excluded) to tell us exactly what difficulty has been experienced. If services is required under this warranty, you will need to return the product to FEIN Power Tools Inc, at the address below and provide the model and serial number of your product along with a copy of your original sales receipt (indicating the original date of purchase) to obtain service.
